Responsibilities : 1. Governance : - Approves Creation, Modification and Deactivation of Admin User Accounts &amp; Authorisation Roles as and when required.&nbsp; - Provides regular information for performance monitoring and weekly/monthly MIS reports to PMO&nbsp; - Performs compliance and controls self-assessment for application system development and maintenance process and identifies recurring examples of quality defects and resolves them&nbsp; - Assists in new technology impact and business benefit analysis - Conducts awareness, education and training activities, particularly for IT continuity training sessions&nbsp; - Ensures recording information from all internal repositories in a central knowledge repository particularly on Design documents, URS, Techno-functional specs etc.&nbsp; - Provides inputs for IT personnel skills and training requirements identification&nbsp; - Assists in the identification of any specific risk management, security and compliance requirements for IT personnel&nbsp; - Supports the development and implementation of technology guidelines for Glenmark\'s technological solutions&nbsp; - Assists in risk evaluations by collecting data for analysis and providing inputs for risk evaluation scope&nbsp; - Supports risk response identification and responds to discovered risk exposure&nbsp; - Designs and maintains enterprise IT architecture for HRMS systems describing data, application, technology and security architectures&nbsp; - Identifies updates to the policies at defined frequencies to accommodate changing operating or business environments 2. Service Support : - Performs incident analysis and impact assessment for incidents affecting HRMS applications&nbsp; - Identifies, develops, and implements resolutions for HRMS application problems&nbsp; - Initiates and monitors roll-back plan implementation if problem resolution fails&nbsp; - Develops release plan, release test plan, roll-back plan, and release notes&nbsp; - Performs post-release checks, monitors release behavior, and publishes release analysis and reports&nbsp; - Supports root-cause analysis and resolution development activities for identified problems&nbsp; - Analyzes impact of identified problems and problem resolutions on the IT architecture-HRMS 3. Programs and Projects : - Supports identification, selection and risk assessment of suppliers&nbsp; - Responsible for system development in line with defined coding and development standards&nbsp; - Approves system testing results and prepares implementation plan&nbsp; - Maintains application technical and user manuals, and associated system documentation&nbsp; - Develops and maintains project schedule, cost estimates, project baseline, and project charters&nbsp; - Responsible for periodic review of project status and project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies&nbsp; - Schedules, conducts, and documents project meetings&nbsp; - Monitors project execution and takes necessary steps&nbsp; - Identifies key system requirements for system development projects 4. Service Delivery : - Provides capacity utilization&nbsp; - Responsible for tuning applications&nbsp; - Provides input IT continuity, Raises IT asset requests, Provides inputs for Capacity Plan&nbsp; - Establishes continuous monitoring mechanisms for agreed targets, thresholds, peaks of availability, reliability and maintainability of IT services and supporting components&nbsp; - Develops and maintains Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework&nbsp; - Discusses the findings and results of the user satisfaction survey with relevant stakeholder&nbsp; - Periodically co-identifies corrective actions with stakeholders in service reviews&nbsp; 5. Information Security : - Implements security incident resolution and roll-back plan for IT infrastructure, in coordination with Senior Manager - IT Security&nbsp; - Assists in the identification of applications and databases for which events are to be logged&nbsp; - Identifies segregation of duties conflicts and access restriction violations, and implements corrective action&nbsp; - Approves user access requests and periodically verifies propriety of user access,&nbsp; - Responsible for enabling logging on user access and monitoring privileged user accounts Experience : - Minimum 8 years of experience in managing IT-HRMS systems in manufacturing sector or implementing IT systems for manufacturing sector - Minimum 2 years of this experience must be in IT-HRMS implementation for pharmaceuticals sector, preferable in SAP HR module Knowledge and Skills : - System architecture and infrastructure management - Vendor management - Computer System Validation - Exposure to IT infra components like Database, servers, storage, software, Operating Systems etc Leadership / Managerial Attributes : - Communication and interpersonal skills - Problem solving and analytical thinking - Adapts to different working environments - Project and team management skills Other requirements : - PMP or equivalent training - SAP HR module training - ITIL training - Information security training - Enterprise IT Architecture training
