As the HR Business Partner for Glenmark's Drug Discovery Research (NCE) and Clinical teams, the&nbsp;incumbent will be responsible for : a) Driving the people agenda for the employees in the NCE and Clinical teams and ensure&nbsp;relevant support and guidance on people matters for senior management, in alignment with the goals and growth plans of the function b) Execution of employee lifecycle processes, people strategy and projects c) Providing a consolidated view, and tracking of the people actions related to recruitment, C&amp;B, manpower planning, performance management, talent management and development, to name a few&nbsp;Talent Acquisition - Lead the recruitment process for the NCE &amp; Clinical groups (primarily&nbsp;for junior to mid- level positions) within defined timelines.&nbsp; - Carry out&nbsp;periodic study of the external talent supply against internal supply&nbsp;and market mapping of critical roles. Manage the induction and&nbsp;onboarding process for the new joinees in the NCE &amp; Clinical teams Talent Management &amp; Development : - Periodic talent reviews, creation &amp; implementation of development/ retention/ succession plans for critical roles.&nbsp; - Identify the training needs, develop learning solutions for the NCE &amp; Clinical teams with the help of the corporate Learning team and external training consultants Employee Engagement &amp; Communication : - Implement initiatives and carry out activities on a day-to-day basis to engage with the NCE &amp; Clinical teams; - Support the timely implementation of employee engagement survey (including communication of the survey results, action planning &amp; closure) Manpower Planning, Budgeting, MIS &amp; Reporting : - Lead the budgeting process of the NCE &amp; Clinical teams; - Monitor and track the spends v/s budget, highlight gaps and take correction action as necessary - Total Rewards (C&amp;B, Performance Management, Recognition)&nbsp; - Drive central Rewards processes such as Performance Management,&nbsp;Annual Compensation Revision (ACR) as per the corporate guidelines; - Ensure availability of relevant employee information, internal and&nbsp;external market metrics to enable the leaders to take appropriate&nbsp;decisions related compensation revisions, promotion, etc.; implement&nbsp;R&amp;R programs Employee Life Cycle Management : - Effectively manage various stages of employee life cycle in a timely and smooth manner, and as per the defined processes
