Glenmark Pharma - Manager - Talent Acquisition (4-8 yrs)

As a part of Talent Acquisition COE, the incumbent will be responsible for :

1. Talent Acquisition Research & Project Management

- Leadership Recruitment: Carry out comprehensive and effective research for Senior/ Leadership positions (both India and International positions)

- Briefing & assessing the candidate for the role, hand-holding them throughout the process

- Responding to candidate queries and supporting them to deliver best in class candidate experience

2. Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence:

- Conduct research on Leadership profiles and carry out comprehensive and effective desk-based research for all assignments

- Ensure Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence for critical positions

3. Recruitment Data Management & Analytics: Time to hire, Yield, Costing, Efficiency Ratios, Fill Rate etc.

4. Support Campus Engagement: Supporting campus recruitment plan.

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience:

- 4+ years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in Mid to Senior level leadership hiring, experience in campus recruitment will be preferable.

- Experience on Recruitment SLAs, Agency Hiring and Contract Hiring models.

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical):

- Knowledge of full-scale recruitment cycles, especially talent pipeline generation and sourcing at a CXO level.

- Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced business environment.

Leadership/ Managerial Attributes:

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills; confident of interacting with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

- Highly organized and disciplined self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver as per the deadlines.

- Ability to work with multiple audiences, while building strong personal networks.

- Exceptional attention to detail; excellent follow-through and delivery.
