The incumbent will lead and further strengthen Global Shared Services (SS) team at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. The role holder will : - Conduct As-IS mapping of People Processes and design To-be processes for migration to Shared Services. - Gather inputs of internal stakeholders and benchmark for best in class practices keeping in mind organization's context. - Stabilize and expand shared services concept as appropriate to deliver enhanced value. - Define SLAs with focus on Quality, Cost &amp; Productivity and ensure adherence to expected service levels. - Drive accountability, collaboration and high performance among Team members to ensure optimal return on investment. - Audit performance against established metrics/ SLAs on an on-going basis and undertake action plans to maintain/ exceed expected levels of performance. - Analyze and solve complex problems, ensure resolution of issues and escalation of issues, as required to HR Leadership.
