Position Summary :

The person will be responsible for corporate branding across the organization and supporting the subsidiaries in their corporate branding activities.

Job Responsibilities :

1. As the custodian of the brand, the person will be responsible for ensuring that the company branding is as per the brand guidelines. This includes but is not restricted to - digital assets, product packaging, collaterals, on site branding across locations at facilities across Glenmark locations.

2. Via Corporate Social Media channels, support in building a strong corporate brand identity, creating brand awareness and visibility, and increasing share of voice on social. Support Digital Governance activities.

3. Website management, including website facelift from a design and content point of view and regular maintenance and update with agency support.

4. Develop and update the existing marketing collaterals like corporate brochure, video, calendars, diary, annual report, exhibition collaterals, website, etc.

5. Support corporate branding efforts like microsite creation, exhibition booths and internal communication campaigns.

6. Create and execute a brand experience program for external entities.

7. Support in executing digital campaigns for the corporate brand.

Education :

- An MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Branding/ Communication

- Tier 1 institute preferred

- Bachelor's Degree in Science preferred

Experience : 1 to 4 years

Knowledge and Skills :

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Self-motivated

- Should have a good understanding of corporate social media, Corporate Branding (offline and digital), new communication formats etc.

Leadership/Managerial Attributes :

- Self-starter and ability to work independently without much of supervision

- High on Team working
