Summary:

To support with development and implementation of Glenmark's investor relations strategy. The position will be responsible for managing external relationships and helping to assure strong and consistent communication with the investment community. The position will also be responsible for designing any press releases, representations and presentations that would be used for communicating the company strategy

Responsibilities:

- Support the Head IR with developing and executing a strategic investor relations program, aligned with Glenmark's long-term goals, that positions Glenmark favorably with institutional investors and that builds upon an understanding of key drivers of shareholder value for Glenmark.

- Monitor the company's institutional ownership and trading trends. Support with developing relationships with long-term focused investors and maintain a tracking database.

- Preparation and updating investor presentations for participating in various investor conferences. Prepare and publish detailed management discussion and assist in the quarterly results announcement.

- Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Corporate Communication functions in the development of press releases, corporate materials and other internal/external IR documents.

- Maintaining proper documentation, MIS, reporting of all investment transactions

- Organise and conduct management meetings with investors; document and track investor feedback

- Design and suggest means to measure the effectiveness of the company's investor relations program

- Coordinate comprehensive and prompt response to local and international investor queries

- Support with production of Company's Annual Report and other statutory filings

Education:

Primary preference: CA pass-outs of November 2020

Secondary preference: MBA, CFA, and/or CA plus B.com. or BA degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics (Premier institutes preferred)

Experience:


Experience in investor relations at a public biopharmaceutical company, biopharmaceutical investment community and/or medical related industries, or as an IR consultant to pharma/biopharma companies

Knowledge and Skills:

- Clear and thorough understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
