POSITION SUMMARY: Leading Internal Communications at Glenmark, supporting business functions and departments with communications. Closely working with internal teams India and globally to assist on projects and campaigns of strategic importance. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manage internal communications activities including collateral creation, employee connect initiatives, mailer communications and communication globally. 2. Advise, Support and Drive Content creation for internal newsletter, and internal collaterals by liaisoning with different departments and functions globally. 3. Managing and conducting webinars for the global population, Leadership connects. 4. Advise, Support and Generate collaterals and content for functions and departments globally across the company, towards their communication needs and activities. 5. Support development and updating the existing marketing collaterals like corporate brochure, video, calendars, diary, annual report, exhibition collaterals, website, etc. 6. Intranet management, including facelift from a design and content point of view and regular maintenance and update with agency support. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Education (degree/diploma): - An MBA or equivalent in Communication - Tier 1 institute preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Science preferred Experience: 7+ years Knowledge and Skills (Functional/Technical): - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Self-motivated - Should have a good understanding of internal communication, new communication formats etc. Leadership/Managerial Attributes: - Self-starter and ability to work independently without much of supervision - High on Team working
