Glenmark Pharma - Assistant Manager - Human Resources - R&D Centre (2-4 yrs)
Supporting the Business HR Partner in managing the employee lifecycle for the Formulations team at our R&D centre in Taloja (Navi Mumbai) including supporting in manpower planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, exit management.
Key Responsibilities
HRBP support for Taloja site
- Support in End to end employee life cycle management.
- Support for L&D initiatives
- Drive central HR processes and projects such as goal-setting, appraisals, increments, employee engagement surveys - participation and action planning, manpower budgeting, etc at the site.
- Support for Talent Management initiatives
- Manage and consolidate data as per requirement
- Drive engagement activities at site (Fun@work, knowledge sharing, leadership connect, etc)
- Support and drive HR Initiatives/Projects from time to time
Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for mid-junior level recruitment
