1. Data Champion: Conduct regular audit of LATAM region employee data & devise checks & balances to ensure availability of 100% accurate employee data, on a real time basis. 2. Total Rewards: LATAM SPOC for C&B CoE for PMS, ACR & Benefits process of the company. Responsible for execution of all programs initiated by C&B CoE for LATAM region (e.g. Benefits studies, JD, JE, Productivity related programs, etc.). 3. Manpower Planning & Costing: Act as a process specialist & support LATAM HR team to plan, budget & manage Manpower cost. Devise mechanism to monitor & track manpower cost of the region on a regular basis. Develop interventions to ensure manpower cost is within budget. 4. MIS: Support region by analyzing employee data & providing insights on regular basis. Ensure regional MIS is shared with respective CoE as per set timelines. 5. Recruitment - Cost Management: Build & maintain process that tracks real time hiring cost. Provide insights basis analysis of hiring cost & its linkage to Manpower cost of LATAM region. Develop strategies to optimize hiring cost. 6. Employee Engagement & Talent Management: Work closely with LATAM BU HR Team & by providing data & analytical support to drive Succession and Engagement agenda of the organization. Act as a LATAM SPOC to CoEs driving this agenda
