- The portfolio of the role holder will span across a global scale covering corporate, commercial, manufacturing and R&D set ups to ensure delivery excellence in the areas of corporate HR, performance management, rewards, HR analytics and information systems. The role holder being responsible for:

- Support in making Rewards and Performance processes that are aligned with best in class practices

- Develop HR analytics for the complete talent cycle along with HRIT enhancements

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management

- The incumbent will support communication design, capability initiatives, technology requirements, data analytics, and operational excellence towards the below processes within the performance management system at the Company.

- Goal Setting support in cascade of corporate goals to business goals and goal achievement evaluations.

- Mid-Year Performance Review - Manage execution of the companys mid-year performance review

- Year- End Performance Appraisals - Manage execution of the companys year-end performance review

2 Market Intelligence

The incumbent will support excellence in delivery of the below processes within rewards:

- Market Intelligence: Data Submission - For C&B surveys, Benchmarking across grades for major geographies and others on a need-based requirement

- Creation of Policies compendium for non-India regions

3. HR Analytics and Technology

- HR MIS across all functional areas Talent Acquisition, C&B, Learning, Business Partner HR, Manpower Panning and wage costs

- Use tools and technology to automate HR reporting and analytics

Support in HR technology changes / enhancements as required.

4. Employee Life Cycle Management

Need based support in managing employees life cycle process including sourcing & on-boarding

Education: MBA in Human Resources

Experience: 1-2 years

Knowledge & Skills:

- Knowledge of Performance Management

- Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits

- Expertise on statistical tools

- Hands on experience on designing process flows and process tools

- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Cross cultural competence

- Analytical and problem solving abilities

- Excellent oral and written communication, effective listening, and presentation skills

- Leadership / Managerial Attributes:

- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize

- Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholder groups

- Proactive, keen learner having an eye for detail and ability to multi- task

- Speed of execution and drive for results

- Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.

- High integrity and ethical standards
