Job Title : Commercial Finance Manager

Department : Sales

Reports to : GM Commercial Excellence, ISC

Location : Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities :

- Control and monitor Sales Overheads and IFRS spends.

- Create Channel wise profitability and cost-to-serve reports (profitability analysis)

- Review and Analysis of Channel Partners Commercials

- Support Sales Development projects by analyzing commercial models and recommending changes

- Lead Commercial projects under Sales Development.

- Review of Commercials for Sales Function Vendors and identify saving opportunities

- Interacting with Procurement and Finance department regarding release of payments, monitoring of expenditure, implementation of GAP

- Support Procurement in finalizing vendors and selection of Vendor Panels

- Creation of MIS reports and preparation of cash forecast for better working capital management

- Compliance with various regulatory and statutory requirements like ABAC/BCP/Risk Control/GIA

Strong Understanding on cross functional work and networking / influencing skills.

As part of the role, the incumbent is expected to have a working relationship with the leaders of :

1. Finance function - To align on Sales development budget and spends

2. IT - To create the correct IT and analytical solution for the sales organization

3. Analytics - To drive analytics lead decision making with the field force

4. Value Chain - To develop plans to control a few areas of Sales development spends

Experience & Skills :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA with 4 to 5 years- experience

- 2+ years- experience in Sales Finance/Sales Commercial roles

- Knowledge on statutory tax laws and regulations

- Knowledge of ERP system (JDE/SAP, NIPP, SOP, Future view etc.)

- Sound Excel and Power Point Skills

- Ability to communicate with Sales Leadership Team including Sales Director
