Job Title: KAM - Ecommerce
Reports to: Lead - E-Commerce
Department: Sales
Location: Gurgaon
JOB PURPOSE:
To establish GSK CH and its brands firmly in the E Commerce space, forging winning relationships with the key channel players, to win in this space by executing the strategy, winning the hearts and minds of E-Shoppers, and doing all this before a competition.
Area of responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for driving business with a specific set of E-commerce customers (Amazon, Paytm and other specialist players)
- Account management responsibility for the specific set of E-commerce customers
- Develop and execute the annual business plans with E-commerce customers to include
- Signing annual terms of trade
- Promotion planning
- Visibility Activation planning
- Ensuring compliance of annual business plans
- Account profitability (tracking IFRS and NFRS spends and ensuring that they are within the defined objectives) Supply chain management (setting up systems for order collection, execution, forecasting)
- Financial management (overall accountability for collection, credit index, profitability and cost to sales)
- Relationship management (with stakeholders, both internal and external)
- Organize Top to Top meetings with accounts directly managed
Education & Experience:
Qualification & Experience :
MBA from Premier Business School :
Min 5-6 years of work experience required. Preference to candidates with prior exposure to E-commerce or MT KAM roles
