If you are passionate about sports, health, and fitness, and are looking for the next exciting step in your commercial career, we would love to hear from you!  - The Financial Analyst's primary responsibility is to assist in providing monthly sales and P&L reporting, budget/forecast preparation as well as supporting ad-hoc projects required to drive growth in the Region.  Responsibilities :   - Directly responsible for Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Compliances  - Direct Tax Compliances - With-holding Tax Returns, Advance Tax Calculation & Payments, Self-Assessment Tax Calculation and Payment, Income tax Returns Filing and Preparing for Assessments  - Indirect Tax Compliances - GST Uploading for Sales, Checking Credits, Final Payments and Monthly Tax Returns (GSTR 1,2,&3), Professional Tax Returns, Provident Fund Returns  - Responsible to Maintain all records as per Companies Act - Board Resolution, Filing Documents with ROC, Filing of Annual Financials Statements and Filing Annual Returns and such other work as required  - Assist in Completing all the compliances for CSIN as well  - Monitor sales order and CPT balance, tracking against Budget/Forecast/Latest Estimate  - Prepare and distribute monthly commercial pack with the analysis to the commercial team.  - Monthly Reconcile the PNIN Books with the Commercial Pack and compare the same with Budgets and Forecasts  - Work with the commercial and marketing team in the Region in getting the marketing expenses details with the calendarization.  - Follow up with US team for Timely Claims Processing and accounting.  - Ensure customer's prices are properly maintained in SAP and match back to the promo template file.  - Track customers/distributors inventory reports.  - Assist in preparing ROI calculation of marketing spend.  - Prepare and Maintain Various Value Chain under GST for different Channels of Trade  - Evaluating Various Promotion / Trade Schemes that will be rolled out in the Market for all channels  - Assist in any ad-hoc projects required to support business growth in the Region as well as for process improvements.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   - Strong PC skills including MS Office; particularly Excel and SAP.  - Hands on operator who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done working independently with little supervision.  - Strong problem solving skills with high attention to details and final outcomes.  - Sound accounting, reporting and analytical skills  - Strong organisational and time management skills  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills  - Be a strong team player and demonstrate dedication to group and company goals  - Ability to work under pressure to meet varying deadlines and work volumes  - Self-motivated with initiative and performance driven  Excellent analytical skills; able to identify and solve complex analytical problems and draw conclusions through analysis of data in real time and on demand  Education/Experience:   - Degree Qualified Accountant with 2-5yrs post degree experience in FMCG or similar within a global MNC working towards CA/CPA qualifications and with a strong financial discipline  - Experience in commercial financial and accounting practice preferably international  - Experience in managing complex models across currencies, countries and regulations  - Well-developed English language skills (reading/writing and oral) with effective communication skills  - Experience working with SAP financial planning, analysis & reporting tools  - Experience in managing complex stakeholders and has a passion to drive for process improvements  - If you would enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic organization, want to work in the fast growing health and wellness industry, want access to product discounts, exciting sports events, gym membership and the best work culture going around, jump start your career with the Global Leader in the Sports Nutrition industry, please apply today
