Our Values : Integrity in everything we do | empathy towards all | serve with passion | focused on scale Role Responsibilities : Partner Management : - Identify, convert and retain meaningful relationships with corporates, consumer tech brands, influencers, restaurants, FMCG companies and other potential partners - Conceptualize and execute high impact cause marketing campaigns and checkout charity campaigns with partners - Co-create exclusive product offerings and campaigns to drive key metrics Sales Operations : - Build an event calendar with campaign ideas for partners - Mine NGO proposals to present innovative product offerings - Take end to end responsibility of post-campaign activities including fund management, and reporting. - Work cross functionally - with NGO ecosyetem, technology, finance, operations teams to execute campaigns. - Be part of the Marketing &amp; Partnerships team driving large scale business impact and brand awareness through strategic partnerships. Role Requirements : - Want to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the society - 2-3 years- experience in operations, or business development roles. - Be an excellent team player - Possess good organizational skills - Must have good communication skills - Be at ease with using microsoft office applications
