Role

Due diligence of NGOs and reporting on donations is at the heart of GiveIndia's promise to the donors and corporate partners. The role is to lead the function of CSR reporting for projects undertaken by GiveIndia for its registered NGOs. Synthesize a framework that can be adopted by charities to measure impact and a reporting template that can be used for thorough and comprehensive CSR reporting. Conduct proper due diligence of the charities empaneled for CSR projects and closely work with them to complete all the deliverables on time.

Role Responsibilities

- Develop the due diligence process and reporting structure for CSR partners

- Analyze sustainability and develop a framework to measure impact and risks

- Conceptualize and design monitoring indicators and ensure timely monitoring and reporting of the performance

- Coordinate M&E planning and implementation with the NGO partners

- Conduct meetings with the NGOs and monitoring to track progress and evaluations as per M&E plan

- Use M&E results for organizational learning and re-strategize the plan for improved outcomes

- Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders on CSR reporting and meet deadlines

- Secure adherence to a corporate's sustainability strategy as far as reporting in concerned

- Monitor program performance and report risks and impact

Role Requirements :

- 3+ years experienced in the domain of CSR and sustainability

- Tier 1 education (Graduation/Post graduation)

- Experience in managing M&E teams, data collection and evaluation of projects

- Ability to understand government policy and play a lead role in handling all CSR reporting

- Desire to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the society

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple stakeholders

- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations

- Result oriented and data driven, with a knack of getting things done

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

- Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills;
