You will focus on building strategy for the organization, providing consultative approach in strategy and creating a roadmap for the organisation and in this you will wear many hats, with multifarious responsibilities and encapsulate the direction that drives teams forward, while also acting as the glue to ease communications and unite people. The role has an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with internal teams to run select strategic projects, and special initiatives. - Work with the leadership to help build and manage an effective and efficient organisation, manage key stakeholders and develop collateral for strategic partnerships and key stakeholder meets. - Oversee the strategic business initiatives from design through successful execution with senior leadership and departmental heads maintaining a rhythm. - Assist and communicate with the executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation - Reviews, designs, and executes on improvements to org structure, finds knowledge and skills gaps and help address them - Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. - Bring a systematic approach to help manage rapid growth by building relevant planning models, in-depth tracking frameworks and solving for select business problems Requirements : - An MBA, or an exceptional graduate, from a tier 1 college - Minimum 10 years experience - Experience of 3-4 years in revenue, consulting or strategy role - Strong desire to make a difference - Comfortable with non-profit sector salaries - Ok to put in long hours - Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth Startup environment - Bring strong planning, structured thinking and stakeholder management skills - Have natural comfort with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information Location : Bangalore
