As the Lead- Talent Acquisition, you will : - Ensure strong pipeline of talent for the org for ensuring a timely ramp of new open roles build a strong ATS flow to manage applicant pool - Need to execute effectively and efficiently, with natural comfort to roll-up your sleeves and work with the team whenever needed - Ensure strong candidate sourcing, and closures of candidates in pipeline - Act with a consultative approach in solving for problems - Drive results partnerships, special projects that need to be implemented based on needs in the environment. - Serve as a public champion for our cause and establish our credibility as a platform Role Requirements : You should apply only if, - You are comfortable with a lower compensation package from your current package - Have a complete understanding of the TA processes and work under pressure - You have a strong passion for social impact - You are comfortable with multiple projects/ stakeholders to engage with - You're a target-driven, ambitious, high-performer, with a history of consistently exceeding expectations and steep career growth curve - You have at least 7yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition roles - You have managed complex projects and executed them with a hands-on approach
