We are looking for a strong entrepreneurial professional, who brings both business acumen and e-commerce expertise, to come and lead program management for non-profits who have partnered with us, and deliver on it for massive-scale in India and beyond. As the Head of Program Management : - Build, execute a strong strategy for engagement and impact with our NGO partners - Build a high-performance team, aligned with the larger purpose of GiveIndia - Execute effectively and efficiently, with natural comfort to roll-up your sleeves and work with the team whenever needed - Bring a systematic approach to help manage our rapid growth by building relevant planning models, in-depth tracking frameworks and solving for select business problems - Act with a consultative approach in solving for problems - Drive results partnerships, special projects that need to be implemented based on needs in the environment. - Serve as a public champion for our cause and establish our credibility as a platform Role Requirements - We are looking strong program & project management experience, with an entrepreneurial orientation. Someone who is results-driven and a collaborative leader to join us.
