This is a leadership role and the candidate needs to have a strong business focus along with a high desire to create social impact at scale. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing and should be adept at problem-solving, resource allocation, planning, and budgeting of various initiatives. Role Responsibilities : - Plan and deliver on goals for number of Donors and total donations raised directly from retail donors. Think through growth initiatives for the year - Plan, own and execute all marketing initiatives including but not limited to SEO, Digital campaigns across channels and offline initiatives. - As one of the leaders, play a role in key decisions on organizational strategy - Drive crowdfunding by working with and enabling multiple NGOs - Strike event-based crowdfunding partnerships with Marathons, live shows etc - Build and lead large teams to deliver growth objectives and drive a high-performance culture within the organizations Role Requirements : - 8 years+ of overall work experience (Preference for candidates with marketing/business experience). - 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing - Strong data interpretation and analytical skills - Tier 1 engineering and/or management degree
