- Develop business plan and strategy for GITS Food products that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability. (RTE, Instant Mixes, Ready Meals, Frozen & Dairy).
- Having good network in USA and Canada.
- Identify and analyze key potential clients and their requirements.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and potential clients.
- Facilitate the creation and delivery of promotional and marketing activities.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers and internal staff.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines and to enhance profitability of the company.
- Preferred Qualifications and Education: - The candidate should be an energetic effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment.
- -Sales Experience of FMCG Company in the international market will be preferred and an advantage.
- 8 - 15 years of international sales experience, customer account management, preferably in the RTE, Instant Mixes, Ready Meals, Frozen & Dairy industry.
- Working Experience in USA market is necessary.
- MBA or Graduate in any discipline.
- Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above average computer and technical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of various international cultures
