Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for driving results by providing direction, support & guidance to the sales team in the areas of sales, revenue generation & cost control
2. Generating sales revenue for assigned territory through Retail sales
3. Responsible and accountable for channel development and supervising a team of Sales Supervisors
4. Achieving sales target set each month by the management team
5. Generating business through distributors & Maintaining business relationships with them
6. Developing a business plan
7. Keeping and tracking a record of the Sales team for every month through sales application
8. Guiding and Mentoring team
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A go-getter with an enthusiastic approach towards the job
- Should possess relevant experience of 6-8 years.
- Must have established relationships with key buyers and Distributors
- Leadership qualities and team management experience is must
- Good communicator in English both verbal & written
- Should have exposure to entire Gujarat market
- Ideal if worked with owner driven organization
- Preferably from FOOD-FMCG background and should be the local candidate of Ahmedabad
Age band - 30 to 40 years
Educational Qualification: Preferred MBA or any Graduate
