Job Description:
We are looking for business finance people who will be responsible for P&L Management, Cost Optimization, and Revenue Control.
Experience Range: 2 - 5 years
Educational Qualifications: B.Com in Commerce, and CA
Job Responsibilities :
1. Developing a clear understanding of key business drivers for each line of business, analyzing key financial metrics, and providing decision-making support to Business & Finance teams.
2. Reviewing and streamlining all Business verticals from Business, The finance perspective includes designing the fund flow processes, business-level margin analysis, and budget modeling.
3. Supporting Finance & Business Management in the simulation of revenue projections and corresponding expenses including working out margin protection/improvement plans.
4. Leading technology automation projects to automate the Business Finance reconciliation process
5.Partnering with Finance & Business teams and identifying and tracking appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators, and associated drivers.
6. Providing framework for financial & compliance controls across business units.
7.Preparing operational P&L, MIS, and analyzing the same for Business reviews/ presentations.
8. Handling complex ad-hoc requests including transaction support requests with a short turnaround time and supplementing such requests with appropriate analysis and comments.
9. Tracking of sales performance against set targets and providing periodic updates to business.
Skills Required:Business Finance, MS office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Corporate FP&A, Financial Reporting,
Annual Salary Range: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000
Candidate Attributes:
1. CA or MBA degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration or equivalent.
2. 2-5 years of experience with prior experience in Business Finance roles in e-commerce setup an added advantage.
3. Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building & problem-solving.
4. Excellent written & oral communication skills.
