Job title : Manager-Finance  Reports to: Senior Manager-Finance  Job purpose:  The purpose of the job is to handle the entire gamut of Finance in the company.   Duties and Responsibilities:  - Maintain and manage the inflow and outflow of cash and resources.  - Initiate following of the most ethical rules and procedures (in reporting, auditing, etc).  - Suggest the most suitable way to implement company's financial strategy.  - Monitoring and interpreting cash flows. Predicting future trends.   - Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk  - Managing budgets and being informed of all the changes in financial regulations and legislations.  - Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers etc.  - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.   - Alongside also maintain the hygiene factor of the branch.  Qualifications:  Qualifications include:  - MBA in Finance or CA or CS  - Additional Course in Finance (If Any)  - At least 5 years of Experience in the core field.  - Strong in business communication.  Skills:  Critical Thinking, Judgment and Decision Making, Management of Financial Resources, Coordination, Monitoring, Good reader and Writer, Operations Analysis, Well Informed and knowledgeable .
