We are looking for a smart, self-motivated and organized individual who is excited about working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Your Role

You are going to be the first employee in a well-funded startup, responsible for enacting the company's vision right from scratch. From the get go, this is going to be a multi-faceted role, assisting the founder & CEO in all the various activities involved in initiating, implementing and expanding various technology and social impact projects. The projects potentially include a technology platform for NGOs, a philanthropic development program focused on water, and the revival of a small town in Maharashtra. Your work will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Research on various projects and potential investments

- Traveling to project sites for evaluation and impact assessment (optional)

- Research and data collection for the preparation of reports and presentations

- Assisting with corporate finance tracking and management

- Scheduling meetings and recording their minutes

- Assisting with hiring and other HR activities

- General office administrative tasks

Qualifications

You must be scrappy, resourceful and persistent. Some skills and qualifications we require are:

- English fluency, with excellent communication skills

- College degree (minimum), Master's degree (preferred)

- Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint

- Great organising skills and ability to meet deadlines

- Proven desire to make a positive impact in our world

- Some experience in the technology space (preferred)

- Ability to keep information confidential
