We are looking for a Business Analyst - Product Management Trainee

Freshers only from IIM/ IIT/ Great Lakes/ LIBA - Top tier management institute

Profile and Experience

- Engineering degree with an MBA in Business Analysis preferred

- Strong analytical capabilities and be a fast learner

- Experience working in product development teams is preferable

- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts

- Strong communication and articulation skills

Role Description

- Work closely with the product owners to understand and analyze the concept notes and functional requirements

- Work closely with the developers and quality analysts to translate the functional requirements into technical tasks and arrive at a development and testing estimates

- Develop a deeper functional understanding of the complete platform and act as a liaison between the product/business teams and the technology team

- Have an inclination towards understanding the technical implementation of the functional requirements (be a tech BA when needed)

- Drive the release prioritization and planning activities with the engineering, product and business teams 

- Ability to debug issues, come up with functional resolutions, do root cause analysis and resolve dependencies
