Getinz Techno Services - Accounting Manager - Finance (5-8 yrs)
The role will be responsible to ensure all direct, indirect tax, and regulatory compliances are met and legally minimize liabilities through informed application laws and regulations.
Required Experience/Skills
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Compliance (direct from public accounting or a combination of corporate and public accounting experience is preferred)
- Experience with compliance and accounting software (Intacct or any equivalent ERPs)
- Ensure timely filing GST returns and payments, if any
- Coordinate with teams for completion of GST audits and refunds
- Ownership on the monthly and periodical SEZ compliances (MPR, APR, Softex, Etc)
- Direct tax compliance (Advance tax computation, IT filings and Other IT updates)
- TDS compliances (filing of returns and issuance of Form 16/16A to respective stakeholders)
- Annual RBI returns (FLA returns)
- ROC compliances (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual)
- Handling of tax assessments both direct and indirect taxes. (GST, IT, TDS, etc)
- Ensure the organisation is compliant with new amendments brought under various laws (Direct tax, Indirect taxes, RBI, SEZ etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide accurate and helpful compliance advice to internal business partners and another stakeholder
- Candidate should have a practical knowledge of SEZ, GST and other statutory compliances
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage time effectively; must be able to juggle multiple projects and demands in fast-paced environment
Education qualification
- CA Inter, PG/UG in commerce/accounting, MBA
