Job Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office).

Reporting: Fund Manager.

Role Description:

This is a full-time Compliance Manager role at GetFive located in Ahmedabad.

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing compliance training to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the operational processes of the AIF.

- Work closely with custodians and brokers and resolve discrepancies.

- Coordinate investor reporting, fund performance reports, and capital call/distribution notices.

- Ensure accurate data, such as investor information, investment data, and fund performance, are maintained and updated.

- Work with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all required filings and reports are submitted on time.

- Support the team in addressing investor queries and ensuring smooth communication related to capital commitments, distributions, and performance updates.

- Ensure the AIF adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

- Any other related ancillary work.

Qualifications:.

- Post-graduation is compulsory (MBA - Finance / Inter CA / CA/ CS).

- Minimum Exp of 3 years in related field.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
