About the role : The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience digitally. You will create and implement the digital marketing strategy and focus on engagement, retention and offer management. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Responsible to drive high-quality user acquisition through multi-channel approach (Google, Facebook, Ad Networks, Affiliates etc) - SEO strategy and implementation - Allocate and manage budgets to optimize campaigns and drive business growth - Work closely with business and product to define digital strategies and implementation plans - Work with the internal Product and tech team to ensure smooth tracking of campaigns and conversion rate optimization projects - Own and manage relationships with media agencies and affiliates to drive growth - Device experiments and conversion tests - Measure and optimize on performance - ROI, retention, engagement etc - Regularly monitor and report key metrics around marketing performance - Landing page and funnel optimization that will help in improving conversions - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies We're looking for : - Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills - 6- 10 years of hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns - A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketing - An early adopter attitude towards technology - Should have experience of building and managing team. - Hands-on experience on analytics tools and marketing automation tools (Appsflyer, Google Analytics, CleverTap, Web engage, Moengage) etc - Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Education :&nbsp;Graduate from Tier I college is a must, Tier 1 MBA preferred
