Product Manager


- A Product Manager for a K-12 education company is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap to ensure success of the company's educational products. Their key responsibilities include:

- Identifying market opportunities and customer needs through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

- Defining product vision, strategy and roadmap that align with the company's goals.

- Working cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, design, sales and marketing to bring products to market.

- Owning the product life cycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Developing pricing, positioning and go-to-market plans for products.

- Analyzing product performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize product outcomes.

- Representing the product internally and externally, including presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Technology)

- 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience in K-12 education industry preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills

- Experience using data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.

- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies
