Role :

Job Description :

- Delegating effectively and give constructive feedback to the team

- Capable of Creatively using data sources to develop fact base where data is hard to access

- Responsible for handling complex analyses

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results

- Interface with customers to understand their sourcing and procurement functions & provide these services which would help them achieve their goals of cost benefit, timeline and Quality

- Capable of identifying implications of entire team's work. Also capable of developing sound recommendations based on own work

- Should be capable of structuring logical documents. Authoring client ready documents

- Delivering presentations confidently, discusses basic issues well with the clients

- Participating and driving the customer's engagement cycle from lead to operations

- Contributing to team understanding of client culture. Giving suggestions on how team could be more effective

- Develop sourcing strategies & processes in line with customer's business goals & policies

- Monitoring and analyze trends of key commodities as input to sourcing initiatives

- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the Program Manager/BD in efforts to expand client relationship.

- Carrying out sourcing, RFQs events, auctions, supplier on-boarding on GeP hosted Platform for clients

- Flexibility to travel abroad as well as within India

Required Competencies :

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proven presentation skills

- Good analytical and business skills (hands on experience on MS Excel)

- Should be a self-starter, self-motivated and work effectively under minimal supervision

- Should possess consultative skills e.g. industry best practices, process definition, cross functional experience, etc.

- Should be self-motivated and able to show measurable results on a continuous basis

- Should have experience in sourcing and category management of direct or indirect categories

- Good Analytical and business skills (Hands on experience on MS Excel)

- Should be a self-starter, self-motivated who can work effectively under minimal supervision

- Should possess Consultative Skills e.g. industry best practices, process definition, cross functional experience etc.

- Should have experience in sourcing and category management of direct and indirect categories across multiple industries

Preferred Requirements :

- Preferred experience of 2-4 Years

- Strong Cost accounting and financial analysis experience with ZBB background.

- Candidates should have a CA/ICWA certification with working knowledge of IFRS/GAAP principles and should have worked in preparing/reviewing/filing financial reports.

- Masters in Operations/Materials Management, CPIM, CSCP, APICS certification would be preferred from Premium Institutes preferred.
