Education : MBA/B.E. / B. Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc.

Experience (years) : 6-10 years

Shift Timing : 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Result Areas / Job Description:

- This includes articulating the customer value proposition, mapping the long-term product and business strategy, and planning the development, release, and growth of products.

- Formulate product roadmaps, analyze customer & market needs and be deeply involved in the definition & development of User Interface requirements for the given set of products.

- Manage multiple products through the entire lifecycle including the maintenance of ongoing product roadmap and product schedule.

- Interface across the company as the expert on specific domain and products & work closely with various groups to plan and manage product deliveries to global markets

Desired Profile:

- 6+ years of software industry experience in a product development organization with 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management domain

- Solid understanding of software product lifecycles for multi-stage long-term strategic initiatives for enterprise software or web-based products.

- Hands-on experience with direct customer interfacing for requirements analysis, competitive research, developing multi-phase feature roadmaps, granular feature prioritization, detailed feature design and documentation of product/functional requirement specifications.

- Extensive experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams engineering, QA and UI design teams to drive product definition and development

- Ability to lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver cutting edge products to meet current and anticipated future needs of the customer.

- Ability to prioritize among many competing alternatives and plans, balance customer needs with business priorities, and objectively articulate the rationale behind decisions

- Driven team player, collaborator and relationship builder who has demonstrated strong capabilities in communicating and presenting domain and technical concepts at all levels of the organization

- Track record of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities delivered through world-class user experiences
