Contract Specialist/Manager

- Graduate in Civil Engineering

- Total Experience: 20 years in infrastructure projects.

- At least 10 years- experience of Contract of civil works for Metro/highway/ bridge/ tunnel projects

Job role :

- Prepare Pre-Qualification (PQ) documents for ITS & O&M package in compliance with GOM/MULTILATERAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTES and Indian procurement guidelines. PQ documents will be prepared for ICB for major works.

- Prepare bid documents for ITS and O&M package in compliance with GOM/MULTILATERAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTES procurement guidelines. Bid documents will be prepared for ICB for major works

- Preparation of invitation for bids, evaluation of bids received, and award of civil works and equipment and facility installation contracts.

- Evaluate the claims submitted by the contractor with support from the engineers and provide a draft answers

- DAB discussion with the contractor's claim
