Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, social selling, and individual research.
- Leading strategy development and execution to drive client acquisition, engagement and retention, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets.
- Working with the Sales team to optimize existing and establish new, cost-effective processes to achieve our revenue goals.
- Analyse business performance by creating Monthly/Quarterly reviews.
- Optimizing the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website etc, based on data-driven insights.
- Building, and cultivating prospect relationships by driving communications, solutions, and, closures
- Supporting leadership in building organization-level growth strategy and roadmap
- Driving the execution of corporate communication and PR activities for the organization
The ideal person
- Has a good understanding of digital marketing strategy and solutions
- Is able to create really good relationships with the prospects over mail, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Is a High-energy, sales-driven professional with strong natural sales instincts
- Has at least 10 years of experience with at least one year in client servicing roles with a digital agency
- Has prior experience working with C-level, C-1 level executives
- Has excellent email and verbal communication skills
