You must have a proven sales record in ITeS industry and should be comfortable with leading Inside sales.  Key Responsibilities :  - Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in the designated markets   - Own revenue, market share and P&L goals with a focus on sales efficiency  - Manage online lead generation process and drive increased conversion ratios   Experience:   - Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery against commitments   - Experience in ITeS industry preferred   - MBA preferred   - 3+ years of progressive inside sales experience  - Experience in managing teams   - Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures  Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
