GenWorks Health - Business Analyst (5-10 yrs)
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
- Create strategies using data and insights to optimize and maximize revenue.
- Develop methodologies to improve data analysis, report data findings regularly
- You drive solutions with the Operations, Tools, Insights, and Enablement teams to optimize the service team ability to generate more revenue and improve customer success
- Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics, including forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
- Communicating findings to stakeholders and taking initiatives for improving business performance.
- Using analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, revenues, and risks of business initiatives.
- Accountable for monitoring and releasing dashboard for key business health performance
- Preparation of Management Decks for weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews
- Monitor sales KPIs, performance indicators, analyze trends, variances and identify issues in channels
