Name of the position : VP Order to Cash

Purpose of the role :

Is responsible to define the best in class process, designing diagnostics and benchmarking tools to assess business gaps. SME is responsible for designing new OTC products. Support the increase business dimension by designing new OTC products, leveraging them through Europe region. Actively engage internal and external stakeholders to understand pain areas, perform diagnostics and commercialize the product offerings in line with Genpact. Enhance OTC talent pool through Europe region.

Experience required:

- Over 10-12 years relevant work experience;

- Previous experience in running projects;

- Relevant business exposure to the OTC process;

- Over 5-6 years experience in project management;

- Project coordination with significant business impact;

- Relevant business exposure to ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

- Deep knowledge of the E2E OTC process and particularities for each new or existing customer, supporting tools and technologies;

- Has an excellent knowledge of the process controls and the ERP and specific legacy systems, being able to interconnect them in order to offer a proper solution for new and existing customers;

Attends business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of Sales activities;

Leads RFP submissions for new Customers;

Reviews adapted solutions for the client with the internal and external stakeholders;

Creates and independently validate opportunity specific economic models and business cases; coordinate activities with Order to Cash Deal Team; ensures financial targets are met;

Develops Genpact product offering in line with the industry changes - Optimum solution offering & IT offerings to support the solution design;

Works closely with Global counterparts from all Genpact regions, to attain standardization in the product offering;

- Analyzes the OTC process of the customers and work closely with the Operations in order to identify transformation opportunities with significant business impact and new potential business;

Develops transformation road map for continuous process improvement and ensures the transformation implementation;

Leads solution identification for new business awarded to Genpact regarding new or existing customers;

- Builds strategic relationship with pears and top management within Genpact to facilitate goals and objectives;

- Ensures a good communication with higher management and company's stakeholders regarding specific matters of OTC business area;

Focuses on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity;

- Proactively, takes the initiative to improve the OTC business model enhancing the increase of the operational performance and business dimension

- Overviews processes within the company, advices, adjusts, and implements process streamlining and/or change within business process management to better harmonize resources to the benefit of the organization.

- Enhances OTC talent pool through the European region by identifying resources from Operations with good business profile and OTC knowledge, ensuring domain learning opportunities in order to create potential experts to support new and existing client deliverables (e.g.: functional trainings, process improvements, transformations with business impact, etc.).

Education:

- University degree (Economics, preferably);

- MBA program - preferred;

- Any Project management degree/diploma/certification would be a bonus

Competences of the role:

- Fluency in English is a must;

- Excellent communication skills (oral / written) - Effectiveness in transferring thoughts and ideas to others, ability to express self clearly and articulately, proper use of language both orally and in writing. Ability to express ideas through appropriate use of graphics.
