Genpact - Vice President - Transitions (16-23 yrs)
Inviting applications for the role of Vice President-Transitions
Responsibilities :
- Develop a strong understanding of the E2E solution and its value being proposed
- Involve self in the - Flying Formation- team for Hunting & Mining pursuits
- Provide strategic direction, global viewpoint to TLs and finalize the E2E transformation strategy to deliver Intelligent Operations or Digitally Led Solutions on a bedrock of Lean Digital
- Tap into internal networks - TLs / SMEs / LSAs / Biz Leaders to identify relevant ideas or customize existing transformation solutions in accordance to client's expectations
- Pro-actively identify and communicate risks, and co-create change solutions throughout the Transformation period
- Build financial acumen around revenue, AOI impact and cost drivers for a business during the transition lifecycle
- Build a deep knowledge of the domain, products and service lines within the industry
- Develop a strong acumen around Client's business know-how and expectations
- Hold conversations / presentations that are : Client focused and contextually aligned, Focused on business outcomes / value for the client, Bring out the credibility of the individual as a trusted advisor, Bring out the credibility of an organization as a consultant
Qualification :
- Post-graduation degree/ MBA
- Technical/ Digital background - Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI or equivalent certification
- Experience in Leading and executing Projects
- Involvement in Six Sigma initiatives and projects
- Transitions experience
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience in cost Model creation and management Extensive experience in managing multi-functional teams & change management with internal and external stakeholders along solution experience
- Digital deployment experience in consulting background at CXO level with demonstrated expertise in building E2E transformative solution
- P&L management, spanning 10-15 projects at any point of time
- Ability to ensure service focus across a complex people-intensive and functionally-dispersed team
