Inviting applications for the role of Head of Talent Marketing

Position Summary :

- Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Global Head of Talent Marketing oversees all aspects of talent marketing for Genpact globally, establishing and maintaining Genpact as a culture of choice for leading digital, technology and operations talent from around the world.


- This individual will lead a global, cross-functional team and be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the function, building critical skill sets, building strong go-to-market plans cross geographies, functions, and phases of the employee journey, and driving high impact, measurable outcomes.


- This individual will also be responsible for building and maintaining an ecosystem of internal and external relationships. Finally, this individual will lead cross functionally, working as a strategist and action-oriented trusted advisor to key stakeholders that include Marketing, Operations, HR, and Business Line leaders.

Responsibilities :

- The job requires the Head of Talent Marketing to be a highly skilled strategic leader and storyteller with demonstrated expertise in building and nurturing a robust, end-to-end demand funnel of highly qualified talent across a number of critical role segments and geographies, and the ability to create a competitive talent engagement model that successfully converts qualified candidates into successful employees.

- In service to attracting leading talent to a professional services firm that drives digital transformation across multiple industries, this leader will be adept at conceiving, building and executing strategies that take complex solutions and turn them into compelling, consumable stories that drive talent engagement, excitement and credibility.

Responsibilities and desired expertise include :

- Design and deliver an effective recruitment marketing strategy across all employer brand-building and recruitment channels to attract, engage, nurture, and convert a strong talent pipeline.

- Amplifying Genpact employer brand and reputation across all candidate-facing channels in design and message (including internal and external channels)

- Build and manage a world-class talent demand generation and engagement engine, inclusive of an industry-leading careers web-journey and other talent marketing platforms and relationships (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Job boards, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)

- Lead the vision and design of the talent life cycle journey, from candidate to alumni, ensuring the Genpact experience is best in class

- Oversee the recruitment marketing funnel metrics across all channels and measure, analyze and evaluate the sources and tactics that produce the best hires for the organization in the most efficient manner

- Discover current trends and understand emerging marketing strategies to keep us one step ahead

- Engage with HR and business leaders to understand current business trends that could affect changes in talent strategy

- Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, and partners to support business leaders deliver on business and hiring objectives

- Inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying Genpact's employer brand reach and influence throughout the candidate journey

Qualifications :

- Bachelors' Degree preferably in English, HR, advertising, communications or related field

- 12+ years of leadership experience in marketing and strategic communications at an agency, in-house, or both

- Prior experience leading a talent and recruitment marketing effort in a talent-intensive environment

- Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic talent relations to advance an organization's mission and goals

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to write, edit and produce effective communications content, with ability to write in line with different brand voices and styles
