The role is based out of Jaipur

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities :

- Responsible to Lead RTR & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline.

- Drive financial management across the biz by driving a cohesive reporting and governance cadence with biz leadership and other partners (Vertical MFs, Corp FP&A)

- Monthly reporting and analysis of business performance - Revenue and Margins; lead development & communication of financial update

- Lead and develop a diverse finance team, maintain the motivation levels and also build a bench of future finance leaders

- Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions

- Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/off shore operation

- Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team

- Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions

- Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.

- Drive standardization and strengthen of all financial processes across the segment

- Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex RTR domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.

- Lead closure of financial books of client on a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications :

Minimum qualifications :

- Accounting qualification (CA/ CPA)

- High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management .

- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

- Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

- Prior Healthcare industry experience will be preferred
