We are inviting applications for the role of Vice president, Finance & Accounting Operations Responsibilities: - Responsible to Lead Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline. - Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions - Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/offshore operation - Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team - Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions - Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams. - Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications - Qualified Chartered accountant. - Experience across Finance & Accounting preferably in Consumer goods, retail industry. - High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management. - Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving skills - Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
