As part of supply chain practice, Candidate will have following responsibilities :  - 10+ years in Supply Chain domain with significant exposure to supply chain strategy development / implementation or supply chain operations  - Strong experience in one of SCM areas Strategic Network Design, Supply Planning, Distribution Centre Analytics, Logistics planning, Inventory Management expertise.   - She/He should have good understanding of transportation management system and should have worked in OTM, JDA TMS etc as super user.  - Exposure to product development in one of supply chain areas - Transportation Planning, Load optimization, Track and Trace, Supply network planning, Inventory optimization, others  - Independently develop customized Supply Chain solutions in Network design, Transportation optimization, Routing and Scheduling, Warehouse layout planning, truck load configuration etc. This includes responding to requests for proposal/information, development of Genpact Point of View on client challenges, development of solutions (process redesign / analytics / digital interventions) with commercials / pricing  - This role identifies the gaps in transportation planning process and initiates appropriate corrective measures. She/He should be conversant with different ways to manage rate offering, order base, bulk planning, shipment creation and track and trace.   - May require to monitor data flows between TMS, WMS (e.g. Matrices, Red Prairie, SAP etc.) to ensure synchronization of transportation information. Ensure EDI interfaces are functioning properly and carriers are providing required load status updates.  - Collaborate with technical development teams for functionality enhancements, application updates and performance issues and bugs. Work with the cross-functional representatives regularly by being part of optimization/continuous improvement opportunities.  - Lead the implementation of strategic projects within client's supply chain functions  - Gather client intelligence to validate product development plans for Supply Chain products and services  - Demonstrate thought leadership by writing Blogs, Articles, Whitepapers
