Shift Timings : 8 AM to 5PM IST & 5PM to 2AM (Rotational) (occasional stretch)

Working Days : Monday to Friday (occasional weekend coverage)

Reporting Structure : Reporting to AVP.

Requisite Knowledge required:

- Strong operational expertise experience to handle Band 5s

- Preferably be GB Certified (GB trained and tested is mandatory)

Skills needed:

- Able to handle large team size 120+ (Roll up span)

- Strong presentation and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Problem Solving ability

- P&C Underwriting

Note - Diverse profiles

GB certified ( preferred)

Will lead a team of 110+ FTEs

Stakeholder management

Will run operations /Insurance background (preferred) or Finance background

Shift: Rotational shift (8 AM to 5PM IST & 5PM to 2AM)- Should be open to night shifts
