Genpact - Senior Manager - Business Analysis - Transaction Reporting

Skills/Experience Required :

1. Business Analysis experience in Transaction reporting for any specific asset class (eg Equities, FI etc) or any particular regulation. (I.e Mifid2, EMIR, SFTR etc).

2. Controls experience around Transaction reporting or remediation experience around Transaction reporting is a plus and would be helpful.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Work with stakeholders across the product lines in order to deliver detailed business requirements. Be point person for collation of requirements and subsequent sharing and obtaining of sign offs.

2. Work with stakeholders and technology to define testing approach and strategy and help execute this strategy during test phases of project.

3. Working with technology partners to define the functional and technical design to support business processing requirements across transaction reporting technology and upstream business technology.

4. Collaborate with Management to ensure common standards and best practice are implemented within the European region and globally.

5. Work with the Project lead to ensure delivery throughout the lifecycle of the project.

6. Track and communicate project status to wider team and management.

7. Collaborate with the Project team on test plan development, design test strategy and manage the UAT process.

8. Develop an effective network of stakeholders to facilitate easy integration of changes quickly.
