Genpact - Senior Manager - Anti Bribery Anti Corruption (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Help in product build, marketing and sales pitches for an End to End Anti Bribery Anti Corruption (ABAC) Services through internal and external collaboration and two, managing the ABAC mandates that come our way.
2. Support solution leadership in achieving solution development objectives.
3. Bring in subject matter expertise in order to create/refine existing service offerings including delivery model, commercial model and technology solution.
Must Have :
1. A minimum of 5+ years of prior experience which atleast 2-3 years in ABAC across various industry verticals such as BFSI, Life Sciences, CPG and Industrial Manufacturing. Preferably should have experience in more than one vertical.
2. Should have successfully launched / participated in a companywide ABAC program or should have successfully created a market facing product or services in the area of ABAC.
3. Should have exposure to regulatory compliance needs of ABAC with auditing mindset.
4. Should have used Analytics as a fulcrum to support the above program.
5. Practitioner with hands on experience of having developed a Risk Framework and executed multiple assessments/ due diligence.
6. Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those stakeholders.
7. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in various time zones.
8. High Analytical / reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy.
9. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
10. Strong understanding of service provider market and competitive landscape.
