Role : Sr Consultant, Audit/ Risk Analytics

Function : Enterprise Risk Consulting

Location : Mumbai/ Gurgaon / Bangalore, India

Core responsibilities :

- Part of the core analytics team responsible to drive end-to-end analytics led projects at clients and delivering to the scope of work with high quality and within defined timelines

- Hands-on execution responsibilities on analytics relevant projects across various domains including data transformation, developing cutting-edge analytics solutions, data visualization and dashboarding

- Closely work with ERC stakeholders to solve execution challenges through the deployment and implementation of analytics solutions.

- Support extended audit teams on bespoke analytics requirements, including solutioning, proof of concepts, pilot-runs etc.

- Coordinate with supervisors, engagement managers and directors for review of work-products, address review notes in a timely fashion

- Interact with client stakeholders as necessary to deliver to analytics mandates. Actively participate in discovery sessions, review meetings, assessment interviews etc.

- Manage a team of analysts and consultants, monitor their work, debug issues, correct issues, provide feedback, manage issues, mentor and coach the team

Skills :

- Foundational understanding of business processes, business and process risks, internal controls

- Ability to conceptualize analytics-driven solutions for targeted outcomes

- Experienced in driving customer/ client projects of a similar nature

- Ability to do two or more of the following :

a. Data transformation - extraction, cleaning, loading, including transforming/ summarizing data for further analysis

b. Analytical Routines - write complex analytical scripts, code routines for automating audit procedures

c. Modeling - advanced modeling for data exploration, insight generation or predicting outcomes

d. Visualisation - Conceptualize, design and publish informative, intuitive and insightful visualizations

Technical Qualifications, Certifications :

- Preferred Post Graduates- M. Com\ MSc (IT)\ MBA (IT)\ BE

- 2 - 5 years of experience in related field of Audit\ Business Analytics\ Control Analytics\ Risk Analytics

- Hands on experience across tools and technology

Must have : Any two of :

- ACL/SQL/VBA

- PowerBi/Qlikview/Tableau/Spotfire

- R/Python

- Alteryx

Preferable to have been :

Good to have :

- IDEA, GRC Solutions

- Understanding of ERPs (SAP\ JDE\ Oracle\ Concur etc.) - Functional side

- Have worked on data analytics support work either as tool implementation, automation of control or MIS development
