Genpact - Operational Risk Role

This opportunity is with larger Genpact group (Consulting division).

We are looking out for candidates, with good experience into Operational Risk, Control Testing, RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment).

- The purpose of this role is to oversee Quality Assurance for Third Party Management onboarding. This is specific to the completion of Inherent & Residual Risk Questionnaire responses received and to assure that the Pre and Post control tasks that have been submitted are fit for purpose.

- An Inherent Risk Questionnaire is completed by Third Party Engagement Managers (TPEM) responding to specific Risk Domain questions

- A Residual Risk Questionnaire response is the combination of answers to control tasks for two stakeholder groups:

- Third Party Engagement Managers : For example: Business Continuity Plans; Exit Strategy & Plan Review.

- Third Party External Vendors - For example: Example: Policies to meet Control Requirements

- Control Tasks are generated when specific Risk Characteristics are present. i.e. the TPEM is required to obtain Insurance Certificates from a Supplier to prove sufficient liability coverage exists.

- The role is to ensure that responses are in alignment with defined guidance. If not, then the response is rejected with clear feedback as to why it has failed.

Required Skills :

- The role demands a good working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework, TPM policy and procedures, Risk Guidance for reviewing Residual and Inherent Risk Questionnaires and Control Tasks; keeping up to date with changes and applying them to risk management activity

- Building strong relationships with stakeholders including the Business Services, Risk, Procurement and Third Parties

- Dealing with stakeholders in different countries and being aware of local regulatory and legal requirements and being mindful of local customs and social norms

- Able to work at pace to ensure that quality assurance activity has a rigorous and quick turnaround
