Genpact - Manager - Operational Risk & Compliance

- 4-6 years Operational Risk Advisory Assurance/Audit or compliance experience (preferably) preferably in Financial Services at the Manager level

- Big 4 or professional assurance experience

- Relevant industry and other professional qualifications e.g. CA, CIA, CFA etc.

- Demonstrable knowledge of applicable industry operation risk and compliance frameworks

- Demonstrable experience in communication to senior business leadership team member and proficient at facilitating and presenting at meetings

- Preparation of written workpapers, reports documenting issues and actions in reasonable quality and able to draw out and to articulate key risk and compliance insights.

- Able to coach and train junior members of the team
