About the Job :

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and helping in product build, marketing and sales pitches for an end to end Anti Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Services through internal and external collaboration and managing the ABAC mandates that come our way.

You'll also be responsible to build a regulatory compliance & governance framework to enable compliance towards anti-corruption regulations.

Preferred Requirements :

1. Knowledge of trending industry best practices to gain an edge ABAC products

2. Practitioner with hands on experience of having developed a Risk Framework and executed multiple assessments/ due diligence

3. Prior experience in ABAC/FCPA across various industry verticals such as Banking, Life Sciences, Consumer goods and Industrial Manufacturing. Preferably should have experience in more than one vertical.

4. Prior experience in process audits specifically Travel and Entertainment and Accounts Payable, FCPA (Foreign corrupt practices Act), TPDD (Third Party Due Diligence).

5. You should have participated in a companywide ABAC program or created a market facing product or services in the area of ABAC.

Core Responsibilities :

1. Perform the technical components of risk assessments to provide an accurate view of the client's current risk state.

2. Assess and Design internal controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements

3. Enhance quality and efficiency of recommended risk solutions by applying relevant frameworks, conducting research, and performing analysis

4. Conduct internal audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies

5. Form a core Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM) skillset through proactively conducting research, and participating in internal and external initiatives

6. Ability to form a core technology and data risk skillset through proactively conducting research, and participating to internal and external initiatives.

7. Conceptualize and implement strategic solutions to address risks of fraud, corruption and leakage.

8. Developing long-term relationships across a network of existing and potential clients, understanding their businesses to provide tailored insights.

9. Managing the key components of a portfolio of Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services projects, including strategy, planning and execution.

10. Supports product build for an End to End ABAC Services through internal and external collaboration.

11. Create/refine existing service offerings including delivery model, commercial model and technology solution

12. Build support creation of pipeline by actively participating in client discussions and leading relevant RFX / Solution response.
