Job Description :

- Handling a team for the order management activities and responsible for the team performance.

- Leading and providing domain guidance to team.

- Monitoring the performance of Team and holding appraisals.

- Executing all related Order management activities and Generate process improvements.

- Coordinating as well as following with the approval hierarchy. Communicate with buyers, production team and sales to meet the delivery time lines.

- Follow up with the production and logistics for the in time delivery of goods.

- Preparing production schedule for the regular products and secluded customer orders.

- Preparing sample orders and sending for the same to customer for testing purposes.

- Reporting daily to the administration regarding the current status.
