Genpact - Finance Professional - Overhead Operations (4-10 yrs)
In this position owner will deliver Operational perfection in Overhead month end close & reporting by ensuring integrity of the data. Tight control on Overhead spend including SC Overhead, Local Overhead, OTI, Restructuring and A&D reporting. Ability to drive process optimisation and simplification with a continuous improvement attitude.
Location : Bangalore
ANZ shift : 1:30 AM - 9:30 AM/3:30 AM - 12:30 AM
Key Accountabilities :
Process Skills :
- End to end knowledge of OH related to local e.g. facilities, headcount, regional, global
- Allocations drivers understanding and trouble shooting - true-ups
- Master data, cost center, and cost allocation maintenance
Analytics Skills :
- Analysis of trends and key performance indicators
- Appropriate drivers usage, Insights generation for direct charges / true-ups / hybrid model
- Headcount Analysis - Joiners / Leavers, its impact and forecast
Partner(stakeholder) Management :
- Communicate/raise spend risk within T&E, contractors, and 3rd party services. Risk & Opportunities identification
- Identify cost savings opportunities, Key aspects of guidelines for Regional/Global charges and local expenses
Others :
- Business partnering with the budget holders & functional leaders, to provide transparency & insights to drive actions
- Co-ordinating with internal partners for reports
- Proactive risk management and controls: making sure issues are identified & took care of before/as they arise The Overhead Analyst reports
- Ensure accurate cost reporting, Provide un-bias & accurate view of the forecast
- Co-ordinating with business partners
Qualifications we seek in you :
Minimum qualifications :
- Strong FP&A and analysis skills
- Good experience in CPG/ FMCG
- Accounting/Finance degree is crucial, with achieved or working towards CPA/CA (or equivalent) qualification
- Good planning and organization skills - to handle challenging priorities
Preferred qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Written & verbal, SAP knowledge
- Good in Problem Solving and Analysis
